El Refugio Amarillo, our sunny yellow studio, is located on the first floor and has a wonderful sea view.
The bedroom has a modern queen-size box-spring bed and a spacious wardrobe.
The kitchen-living room has a fully equipped kitchenette with coffee machine, toaster, microwave and kettle, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and much more.
The sofa bed has comfortable dimensions of 160x200 and can be easily converted into a bed for a third person.
If it should be a nice TV evening, you can receive all current German-language programmes with the SMART-TV.
The accommodation also has cold/warm air conditioning, infrared heating and free, fast Wi-Fi.
The attractive bathroom got a new walk-in shower measuring 100x70 at the end of 2022.
All windows are fitted with shutters and there are plenty of mosquito blinds, so nothing stands in the way of an undisturbed night's sleep.
A washing machine and an iron and ironing board are available for shared use.

The price per night is 65€ from September to June. In high season July/August 80€ per night.
The minimum rental period is 3 nights.
Long-term rentals for at least 3 months between November and March are possible and are 500€ per month.
Electricity is charged according to consumption at 25Ct./kWh.
We charge a deposit of 200€, which has to be paid in cash on arrival.
For the final cleaning we charge a fee of 65€, which has to be paid in cash.
For drying laundry, there is a pull-out wall-mounted dryer on the outside wall below the living room window. There is also a washing machine and a dryer in the utility room for communal use.
Your accommodation is located in the first beach line in a quiet residential street to the beach. It is only 90 m to the stone beach and 250 m to the sandy beach. Within walking distance are various restaurants and bars with international, Spanish and German cuisine, also directly on the beach. Just around the corner there is a supermarket (open daily from 9 am to 9 pm) as well as a bus stop, ATM and bakery.
