Our Refugio Verde, the green studio, is a tasteful and fully equipped studio on the first floor with its own large terrace and side sea view, high-quality seating furniture and a sun lounger invite you to linger there. It has a comfortable box-spring bed measuring 160x200, a sitting area with rattan furniture, from where you can enjoy German TV via a SMART-TV. The fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle as well as various cooking utensils and pretty crockery is furnished with a dining table and two chairs. You can easily and comfortably cater for yourself here. The studio has cold/warm air conditioning and infrared heating. The attractive bathroom was fitted with a new 80x80 shower at the end of 2022. All windows are equipped with shutters and there are sufficient mosquito blinds, so that nothing stands in the way of an undisturbed sleep. A washing machine is available for shared use as well as an iron and ironing board. You will also find a clothes horse on your large terrace.

The price per night is 75€ from September to June, 95€ per night in the high season July/August.
The minimum rental period is 3 nights.
Long-term rentals of at least 3 months between November and March are possible. The monthly rent is 600€.
Electricity is charged according to consumption at 25Ct./kWh.
We charge a deposit of 200€, which has to be paid in cash on arrival. For the final cleaning we charge a fee of 65€, which has to be paid in cash.
Our Refugio Azul is also particularly well suited for home office stays. The large desk offers plenty of space to work, and we have fast internet because we are connected to the fibre optic network.
In the bathroom of the Refugio Azuls there is a bathtub with shower partition, where you can comfortably relax lying down or take a shower standing up.
There is also a washing machine and dryer in the utility room for communal use.
As the Valencia region is the orange garden of Spain, there is an orange squeezer in each kitchen for your daily vitamin C boost!
Your accommodation is located in the first beach line in a quiet residential street to the beach. It is only 90 m to the stone beach and 250 m to the sandy beach. Within walking distance are various restaurants and bars with international, Spanish and German cuisine, also directly on the beach. Just around the corner there is a small supermarket (open daily from 9 am to 9 pm) as well as a bus stop, ATM and bakery.
